Estate Officer
37 hours per week - Permanent
£27,322 to £28,138 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Officer/Caretaker, to provide caretaking and cleaning services to the communal areas of flats and maisonettes for the residents of these blocks. To ensure that communal areas are clean and free from obstructions and to provide emergency cleaning/caretaking services. To be responsible and carry out work to ensure compliance with health and safety e.g. flushing of little used outlets, fire alarm checks and emergency lighting checks.
