Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Call Centre Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact between the company and potential customers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our client’s products or services, and help ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote marketing campaigns
- Answer inbound customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines to achieve daily targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging
- Gather customer feedback and report key insights to management
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and product knowledge

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- A confident, clear, and friendly phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and time management

Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call logging software
