Our lovely setting is delighted to announce that we are looking to hire an Early Years Practitioner to join our amazing team.
We are looking for a practitioner to join our amazing team who is qualified to level 3 or above (within the .gov qualification list). the candidate must have experience of working with the 0-5 age range and can demonstrate commitment to an early years career.
Candidates must be available to work between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday on a flexible shift pattern
We would like the candidate to have sound knowledge of the EYFS (2023) and have an up to date 1st aid certificate and safeguarding children certificate to fulfil the requirements of this role.
Duties will include planning outstanding activities and presenting lessons for children's individual (and group) learning and development, observing and recording, supporting overall health, hygiene and wellbeing, assisting children with SEN, supporting play skills indoors and outdoors.
Regular continual professional development training is required of all employees and monthly staff meeting must be attended.
Knowledge of the Montessori Method is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.
