Join our Document Control team in Havant as a Documentation Controller.
We are looking for a Documentation Controller to join our Document Control team in Havant. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, compiling and issuing technical documentation turnover packages for standard and engineered to order mechanical and electro-mechanical systems within the biotech industry. The turnover package includes documents such as product and component certification, testing protocols, technical drawings and user manuals.
This position is available full time and is based on site in Havant, with the option to work from home for one day a week once fully trained.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will produce and check documentation folders | turnover packages for standard and engineered to order mechanical and electro-mechanical systems within the biotech industry including associated spares kits
Producing Set Up & Test, Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test protocols using standard documents within the Quality Management System
Receiving, checking and understanding product certification prior to scanning and annotation
Receive general documentation queries (written & verbal) from internal | external customers.
Liaise with external customers on a GDP/GMP level
General Administration work including photocopying and archiving of Product folders
You will work closely with teams from quality, engineering, production and project managers to achieve completion of turnover packages in an efficient and timely manner
What will convince us
You will have previous administration experience, ideally working to Good Documentation Practice | Good Manufacturing Practice
Familiar with end customer document management systems and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software platforms as well as editing and scanning software
Strong attention to detail with a methodical way of working
Good organisation skills with the ability to multitask, prioritising and managing your own workload
Enjoy working as part of a team to reach the same end goal
