About the role
We are looking to appoint a commercially driven and collaborative Marketing Lead, who will implement divisional marketing activity that supports the successful promotion of our developments at all stages of their lifecycle. The role will play a key part in launching our new sites and accelerating sales at our tail-end developments, ensuring all marketing aligns with business objectives and brand standards. The role will also contribute to divisional meetings, budget management, and ongoing innovation to support sales success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and implementation of specific Divisional marketing strategies across multiple developments, including all local advertising and sponsorship.
- Executing all marketing activity for new site launches in line with the pre-sales and marketing plan, ensuring the 10:1 enquiry ratio KPI is met at launch This includes contributing to Grey file reports for prospective sites under consideration by the land teams and supporting the preparation of Sales Release packs ahead of launch.
- Developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies for tail-end developments to support a timely sell-out.
- Monitoring customer profiles to ensure all marketing activity aligns with the companys target audience and expectations. Provide analysis and strategic recommendations in response to changes in the market.
- Ensuring consistency of brand, tone and creative output across all activity within the Division.
- Managing Divisional budgets, working with the Senior Divisional Marketing Manager to forecast and track spend.
- Monitoring and reporting of marketing KPIs and ROI at a Divisional level, identifying opportunities to optimise.
- Attending any on-site events, performance meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Continually exploring new ideas to support with increasing enquiry and visitor levels at all developments.
About you
- Proven track record in Marketing, ideally with at least 4-7 years experience in Marketing
- Experience of developing and executing Marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience in managing budgets and reporting on ROI and KPIs
- Ideally you will have experience of working closely with a Sales team, demonstrating the ability to influence as required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and other teams and departments.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritise.
