Are you ready to play a crucial role in our dispatch centre? We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join us in supporting our dispatch team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
This role will be working our twilight shift - 2pm - 10pm
What will I be doing?
As a Dispatcher with SMI, your duties will include:
- Collate customer orders ready for pick-up and dispatch
- Ensure stock is accurately stored and recorded
- Assist the dispatch teams when needed.
- Ensure to adopt a “clean as you go” work ethic.
- Ensure that all instructions from Team Leader are implemented and actioned.
- Be conscious of the need to maintain a safe and uncluttered working environment and ensure that best practices are adhered to concerning house-keeping.
- Use due diligence and initiative to outperform set goals.
- Co-operate with management to develop and implement a HSE strategy to achieve an excellent safety record with the aim of eliminating risks and incidents.
- Meet set KPIs

To become a Dispatcher you will need:
