The Digital Collaboration Team Lead is responsible for guiding a globally distributed team of engineers and specialists in delivering seamless, secure, and innovative collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365 platforms. This role ensures operational excellence, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Some things you will be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Power BI
- Oversee project execution, including migrations (e.g., EXO), licensing transitions, and collaboration tool enhancements
- Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly team meetings to align on priorities, review ticket queues, and ensure cross-functional communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Enterprise Technology, CRM, and Security Operations to align on goals and deliverables
- Represent the team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and capability assessments (e.g., C&C Skills Matrix)
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases to support onboarding, training, and operational continuity
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Proven experience leading technical teams in a digital workplace or collaboration-focused environment.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, particularly Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Familiarity with licensing models and governance in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with IT service management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
