Warwick Park Dental Practice is a thriving, predominantly private dental practice located in a lovely part of town. Our team includes three dentists, four hygienists, an implantologist/oral surgeon, and a warm, supportive group of nurses and administrative staff. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of dental care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
The Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and caring receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. This is a rewarding position where you’ll be the face of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the diary efficiently
- Handle phone calls and emails, directing them as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Support management and complete general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Well-presented and confident in welcoming patients
- Highly organised and able to multitask effectively and think independently
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information and payments
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Dental experience is not essential – full training will be provided
