The Role
Are you a dedicated GDC-registered Dental Nurse with TCO experience, eager to develop your skills in a fully private, patient-focused practice? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
- Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (option for additional hours in the future)
- Location: Sarisbury Green, Southampton, SO31 7DA
- Salary: from £14.50/hr depending on experience (36 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Dental Nurse Duties:
- Assist clinicians during procedures, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient notes and records
- Manage stock control and audits to support practice efficiency
- Provide empathetic patient support, making complex treatments easier to understand
- Treatment Coordinator (TCO) Duties:
- Handle initial inquiries from new patients and introduce them to the practice
- Explain treatment options clearly, including processes, benefits, and costs
- Offer a safe space for patient questions and concerns
- Build strong rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and staff to provide seamless treatment coordination
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to support their ongoing care
- Reception Duties:
- Book appointments, handle payments, and manage phone inquiries
- Convert new patient inquiries into booked appointments, supporting practice growth
