We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Daytime Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. Duties
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, including food production and supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
- Train new employees in barista training, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other management staff to develop menus and special offerings that enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership abilities and confidence to work solo under pressure .
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers.
