Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible primarily driving on a local school run. Other routes including airports, race days and similar events. The ideal candidate will have experience as a D1 minibus Driver, possess mechanical knowledge, and hold a valid D1 PSV minibus driving license and CPC.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles
- Load and unload clients luggage
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Communicate with clients and management
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of jobs completed including time of arrival, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transportation
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 6 points
- Minibus driving experience essential
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £300.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
