We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while handling customer issues.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to analyse information effectively and provide solutions to customers' needs.
- Experience with data entry systems and CRM software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £23,809.50-£29,809.50 per year
