The award-winning Heights of Abraham are looking for talented individuals to join our Customer Services Team. Are you an outgoing individual capable of greeting all our visitors in a warm and welcoming manner to create an exceptional first impression. Our Customer Services Team are the first team members that our visitors meet and you need to deliver an exceptional level of service which exceeds all visitors’ expectations.
In this role you will:-
- · Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Reception area
- · Greet visitors in a friendly manner
- · Maximise but not over-subscribe cable car capacities
- · To upsell whenever appropriate by offering guide books or a booking in the Restaurant
- · Ensure that the visitor is aware of the range of facilities and daily events at the summit and answer any questions they may have

- · Be able to operate the till (training will be given), experience with word and excel would be advantageous
Contract Dates: This is a seasonal position, with contract dates running until November 2025
Pay: Above National Living Wage
Hours: Variable daytime shifts available. As a visitor attraction, we’re busiest at weekends, school and Bank Holidays. You will be expected to work a significant share of these peak times.
