Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and feel supported every step of the way. This is a fully remote role and ideal for individuals looking to begin a professional career in customer service.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Provide clear, empathetic, and timely assistance to customers
Handle customer requests such as order status updates, account questions, and general support
Accurately log interactions and feedback in our customer support platform
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns
Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Basic computer skills (you’ll receive training on all tools)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
