Job description
We are looking for a customer-focussed, friendly and professional person to join our welcoming team of Customer Service Assistants. Based in the Links Clubhouse, our team is responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the Home of Golf and ensuring that they have the best possible experience during their time with us in St Andrews. We take golf bookings and provide general information as requested. We also operate as the main switchboard, and receive, and redirect where appropriate, all incoming calls to St Andrews Links.
We are looking for someone who thrives on interactions with other people and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of the golf industry and the local area around St Andrews would be helpful but is not required.
We are looking to recruit for either a full-time, or part time position. We welcome and will happily consider any flexible working requests. Our department operates 7 days a week on a shift basis.
