Car Scheme Support Assistant – Keep Monmouthshire Moving!
Location: Monmouth / Hybrid | Hours: 25 per week | Pay: £12.21 per hour
Help make journeys possible for people who need them most. As a Car Scheme Support Assistant, you'll be a key part of our volunteer-led transport service that connects passengers across Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent with essential appointments and activities.
This is a friendly, admin-based role at the heart of our community transport work. You'll:
- Respond to passenger and volunteer enquiries with care and professionalism
- Schedule journeys and match drivers to bookings using Road XS and Excel
- Take payments and maintain accurate records
- Onboard new passengers and volunteers
- Support day-to-day operations and reporting to funders
- Collaborate closely with a small, welcoming team
- Weekday working hours (9:30am–2:30pm) ideal for work-life balance

- Fixed-term to March 2026 (with potential for extension)
