Customer Sales Advisor – Immediate Start Available

As part of this role, you’ll be representing some of the UK’s most recognised and trusted brands – promoting their products and services face-to-face in a variety of exciting and high-footfall locations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage directly with potential customers in face-to-face environments including shopping centres, exhibitions, retail stores, trade shows, pop-up events, and residential campaigns throughout Colchester and the surrounding area.
- Confidently recommend and promote products/services, providing tailored advice to meet individual customer needs.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, building rapport and answering queries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Attend daily team briefings, participate in regular training workshops, and receive ongoing support from experienced team leaders and mentors.
- Work towards and consistently achieve daily and weekly sales targets, aligned with both company expectations and client KPIs.

- Previous face-to-face sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided.
