Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Client Advisor to join our team. Duties
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling client inquiries and complete a high number of outbound calls booking in service and MOT's.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach to upselling products or services based on client interactions.
- A friendly disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
