About the Role:
As a Customer Delivery Advisor, you’ll be the face of our team during one of the most exciting moments for our customers—the handover of their new car! You’ll have the amazing job of making sure their car is fully prepped and ready to drive home, coordinating every step from a detailed inspection to handing over the keys with a smile.
Imagine the joy on their faces as you introduce them to their new vehicle, answer any questions they have, and guide them through their first moments with their shiny new car. Your role will be essential in making sure this moment is memorable and exciting for each and every customer. You’ll be handling the paperwork, walking them through the car’s features, and making sure the entire process is smooth and enjoyable.
