Are you currently in a management position or are you an aspiring manager? If so, you may be the person to join our team. We have a fantastic opportunity to join the outstanding Creative, Digital & Professional Trades Faculty.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual, who will be innovative and forward-thinking, an excellent communicator with the ability to sustain a culture of high performance amongst our students and staff.
To support the Head of Faculty and lead high quality provision for all students in the designated areas of curriculum. This will be achieved by line managing Lecturers and Enhance Coaches within the designated areas of curriculum to ensure high performance and an exceptional student experience. The postholder will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, that results in students gaining key academic and employability skills that will support them in achieving their next steps into employment or continued education. You will be highly organised, a creative problem-solver with the ability to motivate and inspire the team towards our college vision.
