As the company grows, they are looking to recruit a credit controller to join their busy team accounts and admin team.
About The Role:

Your main focus will be keeping the ledger tidy requiring excellent customer service skills, strong Excel abilities and outstanding organisation skills
You’ll be working with key accounts where attention to detail is crucial. Spotting discrepancies early means fewer payment delays, not endless chasing.

What you’ll be doing
· Managing customer accounts and credit control processes
· Handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and email
· Using Sage Line 50 to maintain accurate financial records
· Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and customer queries
· Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
· Login customer queries/complaints for internal review and to ensure jobs are completed to enable payment
· Raising and sending sales invoices, credit notes and statements.
What we are looking for
· Previous customer service experience
· Highly organised, proactive and sociable
· Sage line 50 experience (desirable)
· Previous experience in the window or construction industry advantageous but not essential
