- Own your ledger – Manage day-to-day cash collection across your assigned portfolio.
- Customer engagement – Proactively contact clients to chase overdue payments and build professional relationships.
- Query resolution – Log and escalate disputes promptly to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Accurate reporting – Support senior leadership with timely, detailed debtor reports.
- Cash management – Assist with Direct Debit processing and ensure payments are allocated correctly.
- System accuracy – Keep customer billing and contact records up to date.
- Team collaboration – Work with internal teams to improve payment cycles and drive process efficiency.
- A solid understanding of the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Good experience in a fast-paced finance function.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong Excel and finance system skills.
- Confident, organised, and committed to continual improvement.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
