The Role:
We’re looking for a creative strategist to join our London team and lead the development of high-performing, locally relevant marketing assets across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and culture—helping shape campaigns that resonate in key European markets and drive results for a fast-moving travel brand.
In this Role, you’ll be responsible for:
Creative Strategy & Development:
- Lead the creation of performance-optimized marketing assets for social media, paid ads, email, app stores, and other digital channels
- Develop market-specific creative adaptations for UK, Italian, and Spanish audiences
- Establish and maintain brand visual guidelines for rail marketing
- Adapt global campaigns to resonate with local markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Stay current with regional trends, holidays, and platform behaviors to inform creative direction
- Collaborate with local teams and agencies to ensure cultural relevance
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to improve creative performance
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify high-performing creative elements
- Work closely with growth teams to align creative with conversion goals
- 5+ years experience in performance-driven creative marketing, preferably in travel or e-commerce
- Proven track record of developing converting marketing creatives
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising best practices
- Experience with creative testing methodologies and optimization
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with designers, copywriters, and market teams
- Working knowledge of Italian or Spanish
- Experience in marketing in UK/European markets
- Background in travel or transportation industry
