Role Overview
As a Creative Designer, you’ll be at the heart of visual storytelling for CDW, crafting compelling digital and print content that resonates with modern audiences. You’ll bring a fresh, trend-aware perspective to every project, helping shape the brand’s visual identity while collaborating with marketing teams and global tech partners. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves pushing creative boundaries, and is passionate about design that connects.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging digital and print assets including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life with visually impactful design.
Contribute to the evolution of CDW’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Stay on top of design trends, pop culture, and emerging tech to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
Work closely with senior creatives and stakeholders to execute high-quality design solutions.
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and time management.
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines while exploring new ways to innovate within them.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that elevate campaign concepts.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD).
Familiarity with digital design principles; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growing.
Interest in technology and how design can simplify complex ideas.
Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities.
