Essential Role Requirements:
- Ensure lifting operations are carried out in line with lifting plans, strictly following health & safety procedures
- Able to clearly communicate with management team/appointed person when lift plans need amending in upcoming works
- Must be experienced in working with Peri, Titan & other types of formwork systems and associated lifting equipment
- Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management team
- Proactive, able to provide clear verbal communication and confident delivering daily briefings to lifting team
- Must be experienced in a wide variety of lifting operations
- Willing to sling when needed (unless 3 crane job)
Desirable:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a lift supervisor for similar RC Frame contractor
General Expectations:
- Reliable & punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
- Right to work in the UK
Cards & Qualifications Required:
- CPCS Blue Crane Supervisor Lifting Ops
- Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific)
Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications:
- CPCS/NPORS* Slinger/Signaller All Types All Duties
