Part-time cook/ kitchen assistant required to work in a popular city centre cafe, preparing brunch dishes, sandwiches, salads etc, within a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
Must be able to work independently during quieter periods and as part of a small team when busier.
Essential:
Proven kitchen / food prep experience
Excellent food hygiene & allergen experience / knowledge
Available to work weekends
Must be a team player, willing to help out with other tasks when needed.
