Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality meals.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.
- Provide support in menu planning and recipe development as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
