We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
