How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of high-quality dishes in line with agreed menus and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all meals.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate ordering, rotation, and minimal wastage.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Liaise with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support seasonal menus, special events, and promotional food offers.
What You’ll Bring
- Food Safety & Hygiene qualifications (minimum Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace).
- Previous experience managing a kitchen environment, including workflow, stock, and compliance.
- High standards in food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive, approachable attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to new menus, service requirements, and customer needs.
