Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our Property team. As a Property Secretary you will play a crucial role in facilitating commercial property / Residential transactions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing legal aspects of property sales and purchases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Duties:
- Assisting thorough reviews of property titles, contracts, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and solicitors to coordinate property transactions
- Prepare and submit legal documents such as contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents
- Conduct property searches and Enquiries to verify information related to properties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all conveyancing transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a property secretary or similar role in the legal field
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in audio typing, office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel), and IT systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively
