Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal

Our well-established client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing team, based at their Southampton office.
You will play a key role in supporting our Fee Earners and the wider team, helping to deliver a high standard of service to our clients.
Key responsibilities will include providing administrative support, updating case management systems, updating clients by phone and email, file preparation, and handling general administration duties.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment would be beneficial.
