Your Career

As a Contract Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing and shaping the contractual relationships that support MHR's business operations. You’ll review and respond to contract queries from customers and prospects, provide guidance on a range of contractual matters, and draft or process contract variations to ensure agreements remain up-to-date and compliant. You'll also work on reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, ensuring all documentation meets internal and external requirements.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative legal and commercial function, supporting colleagues across multiple departments. Working closely with stakeholders including: customers, prospects, and suppliers, you’ll help manage contractual risks and support the business in achieving commercially sound outcomes. You’ll also contribute to updating MHR’s standard contract documents and supporting the wider department with additional reasonable duties as required.
