Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Responsibilities
- Supervise and facilitate contact sessions between children and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each contact session, documenting observations and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals to support the needs of children and their families.
- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect children and vulnerable families.
- Provide feedback and reports to the relevant authorities regarding the progress and outcomes of contact sessions.
Person Specification
- Experience in supervising contact sessions, particularly with children and vulnerable families.
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of children and families.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting requirements efficiently.
