About the Role
As the Consumer Insights Executive, you’ll analyse customer feedback, conduct research and deliver actionable insights to inform our business strategy and improve customer experiences.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Scripting, analysing and presenting findings from customer research studies
- Supporting the consumer sentiment programme, tracking shifts in customer attitudes
- Managing and analysing data from our Consumer Experience programme
- Collaborating with the Customer Insight Manager to brief and deliver research projects
About You
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in a market research role, either agency or client side
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Proficient in Excel; experience in scripting and analysing surveys is a plus
- Passion for customer insights and a curious, results-driven attitude
