Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Global Rail Construction Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality standards are met for our railway projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our construction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by leveling and grading as necessary.
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all phases of the project.
- Assist in mixing concrete and other materials as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with power and hand tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with concrete finishing.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: £16.00-£21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
