East Cheshire NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity available for a suitably experienced Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to become part of our established therapy team within the Knutsford Care Community. We welcome applications from candidates with a keen interest in working within an integrated community team.

This post is based at Knutsford Community Hospital.

You will be required to be flexible at times and work across sites in East Cheshire to assist colleagues from other teams. It is therefore necessary to travel efficiently between sites and to rural areas.

Band 3 applicants with relevant experience are welcomed.

About the service:
We are a forward thinking and evolving Therapy service, offering a range of staff experiences from Therapy Assistants through to Advanced Clinical Specialists. Each discipline is supported by a professional lead, with strong links with GP’s, Consultants and local Universities.

It will be essential for the post holder to work under supervision of a qualified member of staff, as well as autonomously within trust policies and scope of practice and competencies, in addition to maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.

It is all about the people at East Cheshire NHS Trust. We have a real sense of community, and our values are truly embedded into everything we do, ensuring we are a great and inclusive place to work. You will be supported, developed and empowered throughout your career with us. Come and join us, where you can play your part in helping us deliver outstanding care and improving the health of all the people we serve.
