Our Commercial Projects Administrator will play a vital role in keeping our business moving forward. You’ll support a wide variety of projects, events, reports and communications that connect our teams, drive performance and bring our commercial strategy to life across the Kew Green Hotels portfolio.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Duties include:
- Providing administrative and project support across our Marketing and Commercial teams
- Coordinating commercial projects from start to finish in line with company objectives
- Preparing engaging presentations, communications and reports
- Consolidating and publishing monthly commercial reports, flagging key trends and performance where required
- Supporting meetings at all levels, from planning to minute-taking
- Updating content across our intranet, websites and digital platforms
- Contributing to team engagement initiatives and supporting the Commercial Social Committee
Beyond that, you’ll represent our company values and culture, ensuring collaboration and excellence remain at the heart of everything you do. This role is to support the Kew Green Hotels portfolio across the UK.
Other businesses may call this role Project Administrator, Commercial Support Administrator or Business Projects Coordinator.

What you’ll bring to the team
You’ll be a pro at all things project management and administration – and ideally, you’ll have gained this experience within the hotel sector, however, this isn’t essential.
Most of all, we’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft 365
- Adaptable, deadline-driven and motivated to achieve results
Confidence using technology, producing reports, and coordinating multiple projects at once will set you up for success in this role.
