We are seeking a skilled Commercial Design Lead to drive product storytelling through high-impact presentations, engaging website content, and persuasive marketing materials. Approximately 80% of the role involves producing and managing core marketing assets that communicate value to clients, prospects, and partners.
* This is a fixed-term contract role, and we are flexible on the duration, with an initial term of 6-12 months.
Duties
- Create and maintain customer-facing presentations, web content, and collateral
- Translate complex product features into compelling, customer-focused stories
- Ensure brand, messaging, and design consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with product, sales, and investor relations on campaigns, launches, and sales enablement
- Support product marketing activities, including messaging, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution
Requirements
Essential- Proven ability to design and produce impactful presentations and collateral
- Hands-on experience managing web content via CMS
- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and visual communication
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives
- Create polished, visually engaging presentations for sales, product launches, executive briefings, and investor communications
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product strategy
- Prioritise and deliver multiple asset requests within tight deadlines
- Update and manage product-related web pages using a CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Develop brochures, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies to support the sales cycle and product adoption
- Create or enhance visual assets using Figma
- Refine product messaging for clarity, impact, and audience relevance
- Apply SEO best practices to website content
- Build reusable templates for presentations, collateral, and landing pages
- Track and analyse content performance using analytics tools
- Produce short videos or motion graphics to support product storytelling
