City & County Graphics Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality, innovative signage solutions. We help businesses — from top property developers and premium housebuilders to renowned blue-chip brands — make a lasting visual impact.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join our growing team. This role blends client relationship management with hands-on project co-ordination - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and seeing a project through from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint;
- Be the first point of contact for clients - handling enquiries, taking briefs (in person, over the phone, or by email) and building strong working relationships;
- Assist with site surveys - taking accurate measurements, notes and photos to support quoting and proofing;
- Collaborate with internal teams to build accurate quotations, ensuring client requests are feasible, safe and profitable;
- Help co-ordinate jobs from briefing to completion: liaising between clients, design, production, and installation teams;
- Visit installation sites to oversee final delivery and ensure high standards are met;
- Monitor each job’s progress and profitability - flagging issues early and contributing to post-project reviews;
- Ensure accurate, timely handover of information for invoicing and job completion;
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend services that meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in a customer service, account management, or client-facing role (desirable if within graphics, signage or design);
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities;
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving;
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site.
