Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Drive to various locations as needed to fulfil cleaning assignments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Good driving skills with a valid driving licence preferred for travelling between locations.
