Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised regularly.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Communicate courteously with clients and staff to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- A proactive drive to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good communication skills in English are necessary for understanding instructions and interacting with others.
