Cleaner Required – Immediate start
Gallions Reach Shopping Park, E6 7ER
45 hours per week - 5 days per week - 9-hour shifts
Shift times can vary - earliest from 6am latest ends 9pm
£13.85 per hour
Main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities both internal and externally; including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms and using waste equipment (training provided).
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
- Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
- Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
- Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
- Respond to any queries from customers professionally.
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Ideal candidate:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Polite and professional.
- Willingness to learn.
- Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
- Experience preferred but full training provided.
- Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
