Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dust and debris.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for those who may need to travel between different sites.
