Cleaner - CSCS

JRL Group / Midgard ltd are looking for an experienced Cleaner to work on a construction site in Birmingham, B1 2DT. This position is available to start on Monday 4th August 2025 and is for 2 weeks duration.

Please be advised that we would require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. Payment is on a self-employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

JOB DUTIES

• Cleaning on a new build construction site. Sparkle clean of apartments
• 7:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch (9hrs worked per day)
• £120.00 per day paid on a self employed basis
• CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Cleaner
• Current valid CSCS Card or certificate is required
• Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
