Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised.
- Handle laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client or guest inquiries courteously.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
