Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate in English.
The job is weekend working only - hours and can be 0500 - 0930 or 0700 -1130 (Saturday and Sunday) and would suit anyone looking to top up their weekday earnings. Transport -pushbike/motorcycle or car is essential. After a trial period additional hours (up to 30 hours per week) may be available at this site.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Ensure all areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces, are kept clean and well-organised.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A customer service-oriented attitude is essential for maintaining positive relationships with clients.
