Everlast Gyms Plus sites are premium, family-friendly health and fitness clubs. A cleaner must be dedicated and detail-oriented to help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our elevated fitness facility.

Job Description

To ensure all areas of the club are always clean, hygienic, and well-presented
Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the club, including gym areas, studios, changing rooms, poolside, reception, toilets, and communal spaces
Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Empty waste receptacles and manage recycling
Carry out regular deep cleans by cleaning schedules and health & safety standards
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
Work independently and as part of a team to maintain cleanliness throughout all operating hours
Deliver excellent customer service, being friendly and approachable when interacting with members

Qualifications

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Willingness to use digital learning to be upskilled in use of cleaning products
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
