Job Summary
Blackthorn manages accident damage repairs to clients' vehicles these are refferals direct from source following their involvement in a road traffic accident across the UK and NI.

Duties
- You are proactive with excellent communication skills
- You're a real people person who can build trust and support across a wide network of areas
- You will have an attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data
- You have planning, organisation and time management skills
- Be able to build relationships and influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft products and web based client relationship / claims management tools
- Ideally previous experience in customer services / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential (we will employ the right person with or without the experience)
Typical duties for a Customer Service Advisor could include
- Understanding the needs of the individual customer (driver involved in a RTA)
- Answering customer enquiries
- Providing information about our services
- Ensuring good customer service for the client
- Making and receiving calls to clients and other professionals
- Making detailed notes
- Liaise with repair network
Skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management
- Previous experience in an office management role is advantageous

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
