Claims Handler
Salary: £31,161 per annum with an increase on completion of 6-month probation
Hours: 47-hour contract, working Monday – Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-12.
You will also be rota 'ed to work some bank holidays 8-12.

The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails and webchat
- Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
- Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
- Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business
What we are looking for?
- At least one year of contact centre experience
- Outbound calling experience
- Excellent computer literacy
