Are you an experienced Civils Operative with a Mini Excavator Ticket looking to be part of the growing telecommunications industry? We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team, delivering essential civils works to support fibre and utility infrastructure working on our Gigaclear contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out excavations using a mini excavator in compliance with safety and industry standards
Install toby boxes and ducting for telecoms infrastructure
Clear duct blockages and complete minor track and surface reinstatement (footways and carriageways)
Assist with general groundworks and civils support tasks
Ensure all work is completed in line with NRSWA and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Valid Mini Excavator Ticket (Essential)
Experience in telecoms civils or utility installation
NRSWA Streetworks qualification (desirable)
CSCS Card (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team
